Meet the Asphalt Seal & Repair team.

 

 

STEVE MCLEOD : OWNERAsphalt Seal & Repair has provided four decades of hard work, commitment and dedication to the communities
we serve. As the owner of Asphalt Seal and Repair, I have literally built the business from the ground up.
As a full-service asphalt-maintenance business, my team and I offer full-service asphalt patching, various types of asphalt surface coating, cutting-edge infrared asphalt repairs, crack sealing and striping, and other asphalt repair necessities.Asphalt is the doorway to your property. It’s second nature as a business owner or homeowner to have your yard kept neat and clean throughout the year, but don’t forget about the asphalt. It’s an investment, just as anything else is, and we work hard for you to ensure your investment is protected year-round. The excellent service our clients receive is exactly what I would expect for my property. Asphalt Seal & Repair is family oriented with a loyal, hardworking and energetic team. Above all our focus is doing our best work for our clients, while serving as a vital part of the business community in Green Bay. We’re very fortunate to do business in and around the Green Bay area. 

SHERYL MCLEOD : CO-OWNER

I have been a part of the Asphalt Seal & Repair team for more than 30 years. We are committed to excellent customer service and giving back to the community. We are a locally owned and operated family business. We want to do the same kind of work we would expect ourselves. When my husband and I started the business in 1998, we wanted to focus more on the local work. I manage the daily office operations at Asphalt Seal & Repair. The company’s commitment to service with integrity expands to their philanthropic efforts in northeastern Wisconsin and our support for other local businesses. We’re huge proponents of supporting other locally owned small businesses, as well as giving back to those in need. We work often with religious organizations and consider ourselves community minded.

JIM STEPANIAK : PROJECT COORDINATOR/VICE PRESIDENT

I have been with Asphalt Seal & Repair for 12 years, handling project coordination, expediting, sales and numerous other responsibilities. I have been in the expediting and job coordination field for over 25 years. My priority is, at all times, providing our clients with the highest quality materials and ensuring that each project is done in a timely manner. I am a main contact point for customers if there is ever an issue that needs resolving. I also handle employee relations.

 

LOUISE STEPANIAK : OFFICE MANAGERI have been with Asphalt Seal & Repair for 14 years. My responsibilities as office manager include, but are not limited to, customer service, coordination and tracking of projects with the project manager, generation of customer estimates, customer invoicing, close communication with sales staff, management and owners and any other daily office tasks that develop during the workday. Asphalt Seal & Repair does not only service Northeast Wisconsin, but the entire state of Wisconsin. Quality service and customer satisfaction are our number one priorities here at ASR and this is testament to our entire staff, from our hard working, dedicated crew to our management. We take service and results personally. The question of if we were on the receiving end of the services we offer, would we be satisfied? The answer would be extremely! Hearing recommendations from past clients proves to me that we have accomplished what we have set out to do: provide great customer service, quality products and professional workmanship.In today’s competitive market, nothing means more than a referral and a repeat customer. 

JIM HAWKINSON : SALESI joined the Asphalt Seal & Repair team in 2003. Ten years later, I now serve as a sales representative for the company, which includes visiting potential job sites to assess needs. Once the assessment is completed, the ASR team can ensure the longevity of the client’s asphalt and the safety of the client’s employees, customers and other visitors through their asphalt work. I have 30 years of experience in the industry. I was in blacktopping for 20 years prior to taking the position with Asphalt Seal & Repair. Each year I take a course offered through UW-Madison’s College of Engineering to remain state-certified in asphalt maintenance. I evaluate the blacktop at a job site to see what is required, price it for the client and then follow through and make sure the jobs are done correctly. I believe the quality of workmanship is what sets Asphalt Seal & Repair apart from our competition. As a non-commissioned sales representative, my sole interest is ensuring the blacktop lasts as long as possible, so that I can develop and nurture long-term relationships through scheduled maintenance programs.I like to see a job get done correctly and a customer get treated in a fair manner. This area of the state is really prone to a lot of asphalt damage, so a preventative maintenance program will triple the life of your asphalt. 

KATIE MCLEOD : CUSTOMER SERVICE/OFFICE STAFFI have been with Asphalt Seal & Repair for the past nine years, starting in the family business as a high school student working summers for my parents. If a customer calls Asphalt Seal & Repair, they are most likely going to be greeted very warmly by me! I have extensive knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite. I also update ASR’s social media accounts, coordinate promotional events and represent the company at trade shows. I learned very quickly from my parents that our clients’ happiness is crucial to our success. It’s so important that our clients have a great experience, from the moment I speak to them during their initial inquiry to connecting them to the proper personnel during their time with us, all to ensure their experience is great! 

GARTH DAVIES : SALES

A Green Bay native, Garth and his wife Wendy have two children. Garth has over 3 decades of highly successful sales and marketing experience. He is a great communicator and listener, with excellent follow-up skills, he prides himself on taking care of his customers. Garth has been with Asphalt Seal & Repair since 2014. After learning the ins and outs of the asphalt maintenance business, Garth has been a great asset to the Asphalt Seal & Repair sales team.
