The Drain Repair Procedure
Planning & Design
Our team begins by assessing your specific needs and designing a comprehensive plan to address them. For drain repairs, we evaluate the current rings, cover, catch basin, and pipe (both inside and outside).
Excavation & Installation
Once the plan is approved, we proceed with the excavation and installation phase using state-of-the-art equipment. We cut the area around the drain, remove existing asphalt and rings, and dig down and apply mortar inside and outside of the pipe as needed.
Backfilling & Restoration
After installation, we carefully backfill the excavated areas and restore the site to its original condition. We take pride in our attention to detail, ensuring that the final result is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. We reinstall the cover and rings to the current grade, backfill with gravel and compact, replace with 3″ of fresh asphalt, and roll with a 1-ton vibrating roller for a smooth finish.
